The Residence, the Chalets and all the Apartments have a well equipped Kitchen and Bed linen, prices include water, electricity, gas and heating. Further supplements and extra Charges (TV, telephone, Towels, cot, pets etc) are to be paid at the reception directly. The apartments have to be occupied at 4pm and vacated within 10.am. End of stay cleaning Lit. 60.000 to be paid at the agency on the arrival day. Deposit per apartment to be paid at the reception on the arrival day, ranging from Lit 150.000 to Lit 200.000.
